Summer 2025

Updates and a merry return to the pen!

I’ve been in full-force behind the scenes and locally with a lot of things, including workshops and teaching at local community centers in Colorado Springs. I’ve also been around at a few markets, and am thrilled to share that my yarn and handcrafted wares are available at the local Treehouse Cafe.

Local happenings make my heart sing, but branching out to a larger online presence would make my heart soar. So here I am, crafting and creating with intention to bring you updated blog posts, and maybe even a new podcast episode.

Website updates will include exciting new products like the locally-popular embroidery kits, as well as new yarns and some handspuns. Fitting all of this into my spare hours can be hard, but the dream just won’t die.

Some highlights from June include a trip up to Estes Park Wool Market this past weekend where I procured some lovely stash enhancement items, as well as the opportunity to meet some fellow fiber enthusiasts and help a dear friend who was teaching a workshop there.

Peggy Doney’s amazing Triad Dyeing class is a color-enthusiast’s dream!

I’ve been learning from Peggy Doney, which has been an absolute joy and thrill. I’m honing my techniques and better understanding how to have control and precision in my color-mixing process. I’ve been working toward releasing new colorways for summer and fall, but am still navigating this process and want to get it just right.

If you’ve stumbled upon this post, please be on the lookout for upcoming opportunities to stitch and craft with me!
